As much as writing can seem like a solitary endeavor, I’d like to argue that it doesn’t have to be. And, actually, I might go so far as to say that it shouldn’t be.

Including other people in your process can help take things to the next level. Whether it’s in the form of feedback, notes and tips, or just having someone available to REACT. Want to know if an idea is working? Look at someone’s face when you pitch it to them. I’ve even developed an exercise about this I like to call Throwing Spaghetti.

Storytelling is about connecting to people. The audience is a key part of the equation.
